Frequently asked questions

At what age should my child first visit the dentist?+

Ideally around the first birthday, or as soon as the first tooth appears. Early visits are short, playful and help your child feel at home in the chair.

Do you treat anxious children?+

Yes. Our whole approach is built around comfort: we explain every step in child-friendly language, work at your child's pace and use tell-show-do techniques.

Do I need a referral?+

No referral is needed. You can book an appointment with us directly by phone at 800 1211 or by email.

Do you accept insurance?+

We work with most major UAE insurance providers. Please contact our reception with your insurance details and we will confirm your coverage before the visit.

Which languages does the team speak?+

Our team speaks English and Arabic, with several other languages available depending on the clinic.

How often should we come for a check-up?+

Every six months for most children. If your child has a higher caries risk we may recommend a shorter interval.
